Terms and Conditions
Set out below are the terms and conditions (T&C) on which Fern Aesthetics provides services to its clients.
Please note, that your visit to www.fernaesthetics.co.uk binds you to Fern Aesthetics terms and conditions, alongside all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable local laws and regulations.
The term ‘client’ will refer to patients of Fern Aesthetics.
Treatment Suitability
All clients will have a consultation prior to any treatment being offered. We welcome a cooling-off period for our clients post consultation and prior to treatment being conducted. During the consultation, we will assess whether the requested and / or recommended treatments are suitable for you and their likelihood of success. Should we feel, the treatments may not be suited at the time we will inform you as to the reasons why. Please note that if we feel the treatment is not appropriate, we have the right to decline to treat.
Children & Young Persons
We do not treat anyone under the age of 18.
Please do not bring children to the clinic.
Under 18’s are not permitted into the clinic.
Treatment Expectations
Please note that no guarantee can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. At Fern Aesthetics we make every effort to ensure you have the best possible outcome, however as it applies to all medical procedures, can be a spectrum of results. Results vary from individual to individual whilst also depending on numerous factors, many of which cannot always be predicted. At Fern Aesthetics we endeavour to use what is considered best practice and up-to-date techniques and approaches to help achieve a satisfactory outcome, but please note that there can be no guarantees as to the final outcome. Please be aware that your expectations and the predicted realistic outcome may be different.
Client Confidentiality
Fern Aesthetics is registered with The Information Commissioner’s Office and Data Protection Act and will not discuss your treatment or share your details with any third party unless formally requested to.
Clinical Photography
All our clients will be photographed for monitoring purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, we retain the right to decline conducting the treatment.
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must provide 48 hours’ notice (Mon-Friday 9am-5pm), failure to do this will incur a £50 cancellation fee payable within 24 working hours.
No show on the day occurs 100% of the cost of booked treatment.
In the rare situation that a short notice cancellation occurs under the discretion of Fern Aesthetics another appointment may be offered.
Please Note: We do not offer a Covid Isolation Insurance Policy and therefore, the above T&C apply for all.
Clinic Prices
Please note listed prices on printed and online materials are intended as a guide and should be confirmed at the time of the consultation itself.

Filler Injections
Please note once a syringe is purchased in Clinic it has to be used at the time of the treatment only and for the consulted client (for hygiene and safety purposes). Any additional injections/ top-ups thereafter will incur a new syringe fee.
All previous filler treatments should be discussed during the initial consultation. Any information not provided during the consult or on the consent paperwork relating to previous fillers injected will be held at the risk of the client, should any complications occur relating to filler interaction in the future.

Botulinum Toxin Injection Top-up Reviews
After your initial botulinum toxin treatment, we encourage all our clients to attend a complimentary visit at around 2 weeks’ time post initial treatment. Additional units may be injected free of charge if prescribed drug is surplus from initial treatment otherwise may be subject to further charges which shall be discussed during the second review.

Complications
All procedures and products carry risks both for expected adverse effects and true complications which you have consented to. Some people may be at greater risk of complications. All our clients are requested to contact us directly as soon as possible should they experience any adverse effects and/or complications and we shall offer you the next available appointment for your review, photography and strategy formulation. Should a complication be more serious, and you wish to treat it yourself through the NHS or privately please inform us of your decision.
Please note that we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment in the event of any side effect (including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, itching, tenderness) or rare complications (including but not limited to hypo/hyperpigmentation, infection, allergy, tissue injury, nerve injury, vascular injury, necrosis, scarring etc).
Liability
Prior to any treatment it is the client’s responsibility to provide us with all relevant medical information. Fern Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs due to the client’s failure to disclose all information.
Prior to and after all treatments it is the client’s responsibility to fully comply with all instructions/information/guidance provided by Fern Aesthetics regarding the care required.
Fern Aesthetics will not be liable in contract or otherwise for any economic or financial loss or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
Complaints
We endeavour to treat all our clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. Should however in the unlikely event you experience an issue with any part of your treatment journey. Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic website or via google reviews.
Modifications
Please note that Fern Aesthetics may revise these terms of service for its website and practice at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are in agreement that you are bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
Please note that these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
